Beef
We source our beef from local markets, mostly Ludlow and Bridgenorth, and over the years we have developed close working relationships with local farmers who share our views on animal welfare and quality, and supply us directly.
Once in store we mature the beef by dry ageing. This process gives the meat tender eating qualities and most importantly develops a deep flavoursome cut of beef.
